Mundell’s Vienna semester includes work at U.N.
Nathan Mundell spent two months in the spring semester of his junior year studying German at the Goethe Institut in Schwäbisch Hall, Germany. From there, he went directly to Vienna for a semester of study and work through the Central College Vienna Program.

Wondra awarded Fulbright for Russian studies
MOUNT VERNON – Cornell College senior Nic Wondra of Centennial, Colo. has received a Fulbright Award for 2009-2010 to study the educational system of the Republic of Georgia.

Wondra completes State Department fellowship in Armenia
As a Cornell Fellow for the U.S. Department of State in Yerevan, Armenia, Nic Wondra experienced many aspects of diplomacy during a period of intense political turmoil and violence. Wondra calls his three-block fellowship “the most rewarding and edifying work experience I have ever had.”

Angara pursues international relations career after semester in Geneva
Smriti Angara entered Georgetown University’s program in international conflict resolution after graduating from Cornell in 2007. She wants to address conflicts over scarce resources such as oil and fresh water, and hopes to one day do research for a think tank or other non-governmental organization in Europe.
