Goldberg shares expertise

Assistant Professor of Politics Megan Goldberg shared her expertise in a March 12, 2023, front-page article in The (Cedar Rapids) Gazette, Republicans ‘all in’ on conservative agenda set to reshape Iowa.

“GOP-led states are picking up the same pieces of legislation at exactly the same time, but what’s also remarkable is the messaging is not even different,” Goldberg told the Gazette reporters. “Republicans are moving the location of policymaking away from the federal government and to the states to counter what’s happening federally.”

Goldberg has actively shared her expertise with news outlets on a variety of topics since she arrived on the Hilltop in 2019.
