Goldberg interviewed by several media outlets for Election Day
As the midterm elections approach, Assistant Professor of American Politics Megan Goldberg has been featured in several articles sharing her expertise.
Goldberg was quoted in NPR’s article, “Iowa voters will decide Sen. Chuck Grassley’s fate in his closest race in 42 years, ” IPR’s show River to River on Oct. 26, and in Governing’s article, “Should Local Elections Become Openly Partisan?”
Goldberg has also been invited to preview election coverage on KCRG-TV9 on Tuesday, Nov. 1, at 4 p.m. and analyze outcomes on election night, Tuesday, Nov. 8. She will join the (Cedar Rapids) Gazette staff on Thursday, Nov. 10, after the election for Pints and Politics, an event held at CSPS Hall in Cedar Rapids. The recorded show will air on IPR’s River to River on Nov. 11 at noon.
The assistant professor started teaching at Cornell College in 2019-20 and has actively shared her expertise with news outlets on a variety of topics since she arrived on the Hilltop.
