Abesames-Hammer featured in USA Today 

One of Cornell College’s football players is making national news with an article published in USA Today and shared in other outlets such as Yahoo!. 

The article, “Daniel Abesames-Hammer of Division III Cornell College among smallest college football players ever,” details how the 5-foot-1, 125-pound Abesame-Hammer came to play football and what motivates him. 

“I was never really scared of being hit by huge people,” Abesames-Hammer said in the article. “You can’t be scared. You have to go 100 percent every play.”

The Cornell junior, who plays running back, is from California.
