Media report on Cornell’s response to COVID-19
KCRG-TV9 and The Gazette reported on Cornell College’s preparations for COVID-19 as well as its decision to extend spring break and move to distance learning.
KCRG reported from Mount Vernon on March 3 regarding Cornell’s preparation for the pandemic, and again on March 12 on Cornell moving to distance learning. Director of Student Health Services Nancy Reasland appears in the March 3 KCRG video.
“Mount Vernon’s Cornell College, which has a unique one-course-at-a-time block schedule, on Thursday said it is shifting ‘block 7’ — beginning March 23 and ending April 15 — online,” reported The Gazette on March 12.
