Bookstore project featured on local news

KCRG-TV9 produced a story about the Civic Engagement Office’s bookstore in Uptown Mount Vernon, which aired on Feb. 27, 2019.

Students are volunteering at the store for hour-long shifts, and all of the money they raise will get donated to the American Cancer Society as part of their Relay for Life proceeds.

The bookstore is open through March 2.
