Students appear in Ireland newspaper
Cornell College students visited Ireland for Block 2 with Professor Misha Quill for the Applied Anthropology course.
While they were there, the students were featured in the local newspaper.
The group attended a hurling match, and a reporter from the Kilkenny People newspaper wrote about their experiences.
During this course, students traveled to Ireland to learn about its history, culture, famous hospitality, and musical traditions as well as the contemporary changes that connect the island nation to the European Union (and to the rest of the world) through immigration, refugees, and global economic crises.
