Iowa Private College week (IPCW) is here, and Cornell College encourages road trips across Iowa to explore campus.
This year the annual event takes place from July 31 to Aug. 4.
During IPCW, Iowa’s non-profit, private colleges and universities synchronize campus tour schedules across the state, making it easy for students and parents to schedule numerous campus visits in a single week.
Prospective students and their families can choose to go on a morning or afternoon tour with Cornell College’s tour guides. Throughout the visit, they’ll go see the sights and attend a handful of short presentations. Faculty members will talk with students about Cornell’s One Course At a Time curriculum in which students take one course for 18 days.
Cornell College is busy scheduling those tours right now and throughout IPCW. Students and families can set those visits up online or by calling 888.556.3372.
Campus tours help students learn about the strong academics, high graduation and job placement rates, and financial aid that make private colleges an affordable and great quality option.
