The Gazette features Professor Hassell in presidential campaign story

Professor of Politics Hans Hassell was interviewed for an article in the Gazette called “Poli-sci professors note benefits, challenges from non-traditional campaign.”

In the article he shared what it’s like to teach during this atypical presidential campaign season, and how students are learning about critical thinking because of it.

“This actually has been a benefit to students because it encourages them not to just take whatever they are reading on face value,” Hassell said in the article.
