Cornell College wins American Advertising Awards

Cornell College publications won six awards at the annual American Advertising Awards event hosted by the Cedar Rapids-Iowa City chapter of the American Advertising Federation (AAF) on Feb. 27.

The admitted student packet won Best in Category recognition and a Gold award. Another Gold was awarded for the admitted student follow-up communication that features a purple Chuck Taylor shoe and Cornell shoelaces. Silver awards went to the college magazine, the Cornell Report, for publication design and for the summer 2015 cover. A Silver was also awarded to the 3D recruiting viewbook. All Gold awards are automatically entered in the regional AAF competition.
