The food service team at Cornell College’s Hilltop Café and Zamora’s Market strives to provide meals that are local, sustainable, and delicious.

Bon Appétit strives to serve food that is local and sustainable.

2014-15 saw the introduction of a hot chocolate bar and tea time station, the inaugural Hilltop Harvest Festival, and more of our favorite comfort foods every day.

And as they kept us fed and happy, the food service team has also earned the Bon Appétit quality award for meeting the stringent criteria of Bon Appétit’s quality assurance program, which evaluates food, sanitation, safety, marketing, merchandising, signage, customer service, and other station-specific criteria. Accounts are evaluated through surprise visits from Bon Appétit’s regional operations support team.
