The Summer Literary Series is held around the world, and describes itself as “a moveable platform of sorts, upon which the North American and the international literary communities meet…a literary journey like no other.”

In addition to offering workshops in fiction, poetry, nonfiction, photography, and the history of Jewish Lithuania, the program hosts writers-, artists-, and editors-in-residence who give readings and talks, and who also experience Vilnius alongside workshop participants.

Entel teaches courses in American literature, multicultural literature, and creative writing at Cornell College. Her fiction has appeared in a number of journals including Madison Review, Joyland Magazine, Unsaid Magazine, Cleaver Magazine, and Connotation Press. Most recently her piece, “Above the Ghetto,” which takes place in Vilnius, was published in Tiferet Journal.
