Panfil elected to board of trustees
Janene Panfil ’89 was elected to the Cornell College Board of Trustees in February.
Panfil earned her B.A. degree from Cornell College in 1989, majoring in politics and English. She was elected to Mortar Board Honor Society. She then earned both a J.D. and an M.A. in higher education administration from the University of Iowa in 1992. She began her career working for Noel-Levitz in Iowa City, and is today a senior vice president with that firm, working as an attorney and with the company’s retention solutions. Panfil and her husband, Don Stumbo, have two children, and reside in Iowa City, Iowa.
