Cornell College President Jonathan Brand talks about serious silliness—he even mentioned it in his inaugural address. The staff at Cole Library took that message to heart and created a Christmas tree out of reference books.
The tree, which is topped with a book that has a star on its cover and strung with lights, sits in the entrance of the library, welcoming students stopping by to study.
