Visiting Writer: Camille Dungy
Poet Camille Dungy will read from her recent books “Suck on the Marrow,” and “Smith Blue” and discuss her work on March 15th. Dungy is also the author of “What to Eat, What to Drink, What to Leave for Poison” and the editor of “Black Nature: Four Centuries of African American Nature Poetry” and co-editor of “From the Fishouse: An Anthology of Poems that Sing, Rhyme, Resound, Syncopate, Alliterate, and Just Plain Sound Great.” Dungy is currently a professor in the Creative Writing department at San Francisco State University.
