The world is changing at an unprecedented rate. As a result, the best way to manage change is to lead it. This requires leadership in terms of both developing policies and identifying opportunities to lead change. By using change policies, an individual or organization can make full use of its strengths. And by developing methods for anticipating change, an individual or organization can develop a constant stream of opportunities. We must learn to master change or change will certainly be our master. Join Jeffrey Wallman on May 16th to further explore this topic.
Much like success in life, success in today’s markets depends on exchange relationships. Examples of exchange relationships include relationships with potential employers, your boss and your coworkers. However, innovation in relationships is necessary to stand out in the crowd. Learning how to systematically develop relationships based on core values provides the best chance of success both for individuals and organizations. In this workshop on May 17th, Jeffrey Wallman will teach participants that this is accomplished by making and managing smart, innovative exchanges with your transaction counterparts.
During a dinner workshop on May 17th Jeffrey Wallman will help students explore the vast and dynamic field of marketing.
