Economics of the Dallas Cowboys and The Internship Experience in the Sports Industry
Eric Sudol ’03 is a sales and marketing executive with the Dallas Cowboys football franchise and previously worked with the Memphis Grizzlies professional basketball franchise. He earned a graduate degree in sports administration and an M.B.A. from Ohio University and has served on the Cornell College Board of Trustees. This month he will discuss the economics of the sports industry in a public lecture on March 7th. In a talk titled “Cowboys Stadium: Sales and Economics of New Stadiums in the 21st Century,” Sudol will examine the financing of the new Cowboys stadium (site of the 2011 Super Bowl) and associated pricing policies and marketing strategies.
He will also lead a workshop on careers in Sports Management and an informal Q&A with previous interns about the Internship Experience in the Sports Industry.
