Corbett named most influential in the Corridor
Ron Corbett ’83 was named the most influential person in the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City corridor by subscribers of the Corridor Business Journal.
Corbett, who’s held positions from Speaker of the House to VP at CRST, was elected mayor of Cedar Rapids in November 2009.
In the interview, Corbett spoke about the ways he hoped to improve the Cedar Rapids area and thoughts about what could be done to increase the amount of influence the region has in the state.
Corbett was named to the list of most influential people last year, as well.
Last year, John Smith ’71 was named most influential by the editors of the CBJ.
