National Security Speaker Series: Human Rights for Terror Suspects?

James P. Cullen is a retired Army brigadier general who has served in the military justice system, rising to the position of chief judge of the U.S. Army Court of Criminal Appeals. He has gained national attention for his stand on the use of torture in intelligence gathering, and closure of the Guantanamo Bay detention facility. He will speak at Cornell under the auspices of the Washington-based National Security Network on Sep 28th. His visit is sponsored by the Berry Center.
