MOUNT VERNON – The Greater Cornell College Area Alumni & Friends Jazz Under the Stars picnic and concert, scheduled for Thursday, September 4, has been moved inside to Ballantyne Auditorium on Kirkwood Community College’s campus.
The Picnic will still begin at 6 p.m. and will be held in The Class Act, located in the Atrium of the Mansfield Center adjacent to Iowa Hall. Concert will begin at 7 p.m.
Directions/Parking:
Follow Kirkwood Blvd. south BEYOND the main entrance where the stop lights are. Over the hill is the SOUTH ENTRANCE.
Turn left onto the campus.
Turn left onto the first paved road, just past the radio towers. Park in the Iowa Hall parking lot (3 tiers). (Avoid Blue Sticker Parking).
Walk up the sidewalk to the Mansfield Center. Once inside turn to your left and go through the door to the hallway and turn right.
The entrance to the Class Act is down the hall on your right.
