Trauger featured in USA Today article

MOUNT VERNON — Aleta Grillow Trauger ’68 was quoted in a USA Today (click link for full article) article on prescription drug mistakes made at pharmacies.

Trauger is the U.S. District Court judge who presided over a case where a boy was given the wrong medication by a pharmacy.

Her pretrial ruling in the case was quoted, stating “Although the defendant denies that there is any connection between number of prescriptions processed per day and mistakes, common sense and at least one purported expert argue in favor of the opposite conclusion.”
