Gov. Bill Richardson appears Dec. 17

MOUNT VERNON – New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson will speak at Cornell College’s Kimmel Theater on Monday, Dec. 17, at 12:15 p.m.

Richardson is expected to deliver a major policy speech on American jobs. He will be the second presidential candidate to visit Cornell in the run-up to the Jan. 3 caucuses.

The speech is free and open to the public.
