Parents learn history of Cornell, how to play steel drums at Family Weekend

MOUNT VERNON -- Parents, siblings and guests of Cornell College students can tour the historic campus, witness a political debate and learn to play "Margaritaville" on the steel drums when Cornell hosts Family Weekend on Oct. 13-15. Friday, Oct. 13 8 p.m.: "Tartuffe," Armstrong Theatre (also 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, and 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 15). Saturday, Oct. 14 9 a.m.: President's Forum, Hedges Conference Room, The Commons 9:45-10:30: Class for Parents.
