Thomas Commons groundbreaking May 19
Cornell held a ceremonial groundbreaking for the Thomas Commons on May 19 as part of the spring Board of Trustees meeting. Work is set to begin in June on the $14 million renovation and expansion project.

Russell Hall dedication May 18
Russell Hall, re-named in honor of the contributions of the Russell family, including a $5.6 million gift to Cornell, was dedicated on May 18. The residence hall opened in 2007 as Clock Tower Hall.
